Reports reaching us indicate that former president and chairman PDP board of trustees Olusegun Obasanjo has concluded plans to float his own political party.

Following recent rifts with President Jonathan and resignation from position of chairman, PDP board of trustees, the former general has promised to break the strangle hold  PDP has on the machinery of state.
